This is a great script-listen carefully to the dialogue during the first half hour. The lighting, the camera, and the sets are reminiscent of Jackie Gleason and the Homeymooners. Greta Gerwig is totally miscast in the title role, but Julianne Moore is again iconic. Ethan Hawke is, well Ethan Hawke - always just short of awesome. Too bad Maya Rudolph is not given a bigger role. Bill Hader is great, again in a secondary part. But again, great script.
A young woman (Gerwig) set on having a child, catapults herself into a love triangle with an academic (Hawke) & his eccentric wife (Moore).
Starring: Greta Gerwig, Ethan Hawke, Bill Hader
