I might have given it four stars but all the negative reviews are ridiculous. I saw the first movie and this one and honestly I think they are both good. Seriously one reviewer said he's too old. Well he's not much older than he was in the first one and Cruise looks a lot better than most men his age. So I think he pulls it off very well. As for the story of corruption in the military it may not be new, but it was different and the ride getting there was fun. The addition of a potential love interest and daughter were a nice touch. Quite honestly I look forward to Cruise's movies because they are typically from good stories and the action is good
