Ghostbusters 2016

What could be as good as four guys chasing and catching ghosts? That's easy, four lovely ladies busting them! I love Melissa McCarthy and once again she kept me laughing along with the rest of the cast in this new version of the Ghostbusters. Of course, it's hard to beat the classic Ghostbusters but this was definitely better than most remakes of classic films I have seen.

While it was similar to the original, featuring cameos of the original Ghostbusters cast, including Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray, and Sigourney Weaver, it had very different and more intriguing and suspenseful special effects. I like the way they integrated parts of the old into the new. The movie was both well written and well done just like the original. We watched it knowing it wasn't intended to be the first Ghostbusters and We really enjoyed it! I could watch this again and again. Extended Cut recommended. Don't forget to stick around during and after the credits!
